Purchased a dress that was a preorder item in November for my company Christmas party in December. I contacted customer service when I noticed that after the expected ship date passed and I still hadn’t heard anything regarding my order. I spoke with Sabrina who informed me that they were having some issues with freight and that the ship date was pushed back again. Time went on and now the new ship date I still hadn’t heard anything and the size that I ordered was out of stock. So I emailed Sabrina again and asked her if I could change the size of my dress since the size I needed was no longer in stock. And I was then under time constraints because I needed the dress for my Christmas party. Sabrina made that happen for me, changed my size to ensure that I received my dress, and she shipped it 2 day express. Her customer service handling this matter was top tier! The dress fits like a glove and I can’t wait to wear it Friday night 😌
