Still haven’t gotten my order since July 2024

I’m having a hard time. I ordered my dress on July 26. It was under pre-order and it said my dress won’t ship out until Aug 30. Knowing it was a preorder I fully expected to wait awhile but I didn’t expect it to be this long. It’s now September 18, almost the end of the month and I’ve now waited almost two months. I’ve emailed the company, Sabrina answered, she was super sweet and helpful and finally updated my shipping status that day however now, it’s been sitting in the same spot for the past six days :( unfortunately, my event is coming soon and I’m not sure too think if this website is a scam or not anymore. I still have hope my dress will come but I’ve gone through three preorder pack dates (the July resale launch, the September 10 resale launch, and now the current resale launch) and my order has still not shipped out since July. I hope they can still send it out asap, it’s just frustrating to see that on their website and social media, it says restock but they haven’t taken care of previous customers who haven’t gotten their order yet.
