I made a purchase from your clothing store a week ago , and I paid express shipping ( 3 business days ) which was meant to arrive in Australia like yesterday . I contacted UPS and they had told me that your shipping team had two options when sending out the parcel with UPS Quick delivery - which would arrive in 3 business days to Australia which I paid for and Standard delivery which is an innovation which your team PICKED ! For 7-14 business days which means I paid extra for nothing !!!! Is there a possible way to resolve this because paying an extra $100 for express delivery and not actually receiving that service sounds like a huge Rip Off !
