BEWARE POOR QUALITY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upon receiving the dress the quality appeared to be excellent as well as the packaging, I was at first quite impressed! The dress was heavily marketed on social media as "the dress" for one's 21st. The problem arose when my daughter attempted to wear it out for the first time at her 21st birthday celebration. The very first time she sat down the straps broke. We followed the size guide and she was, in fact, in the correct size. I am very disappointed as her celebration was marred by this experience. Instead of celebrating at the rooftop bar watching the sunset as planned, my daughter was in her hotel room desperately trying to salvage the dress and temporarily stitch the strap back on. This was in fact futile because the remaining straps proceeded to fall apart!. I included multiple pictures of the dress for customer service to review. The customer service response was … the tag was removed we cant accept return. They do not stand by their product, which they grossly market on social media as "high quality fabrics and construction, with a fit so good, that it feels custom made, just for you." It falls apart, its poor made FAST fashion! They offered to fix it... Why would anyone trust a repair after such poor quality initially! After reading several reviews on this site, (which I wish I had seen in advance) several others have returned item at THEIR own expense with equally poor outcomes! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase from this company The quality is unacceptable and falls apart. I have seen on this site several other complaints of the exact same problem with this dress falling apart! I implore you to NOT waste your time purchasing anything from this company! Go to Revolve they stand by their products and have exceptional customer service! I will be reporting this to BBB as well as posting on social media so future customers are not victims of this company.
