I’ve ordered a few products from their website before, and they’ve all been fantastic — beautiful fine jewellery that I absolutely love.Recently, I wanted to buy a particular butterfly 🦋 necklace that wasn’t available online, so I contacted customer service. It took about two days to get a reply, and they told me the necklace was a discontinued product and wouldn’t be available to order in the future. However, they kindly offered to custom-make one for me for $1,277. I was very happy with that price, and at the time, there was a 25% off storewide promotion. I replied asking if I could receive the same discount for the custom-made piece, but I never got a response.A few days later, I checked the website again and noticed that the same necklace was listed for $1,992. I sent another email asking why the price had increased and if there was any possibility of getting it at the previous price. It’s now been over 10 days, and I still haven’t received a reply.I was genuinely excited to purchase this necklace, but the lack of communication has been really disappointing. I’m not sure if I’ll be purchasing from them again.
