I purchased a DJI Neo fly more kit off Heliguy on the 6th September, I paid extra for next day before 12.00 delivery.As I did not receive the package I contacted them via email with no response, the next day my parcel still did not arrive so I emailed them again still with no response ?I am now on the 8th with no parcel no information from DPD and no correspondence from Heliguy, I will not be buying from them again, terrible service.Update 9th: just had a message from DPD stating that my delivery will be made today ? Three days later.UPDATE: 9th September, Today a gentleman called Mike contacted me from Heliguy and discussed my issue, the communication issue was because my emails was going to DPD not Heliguy which resolved that issue, the delivery problem was not really resolved as there was no reason by Heliguy or DPD for a four day delivery instead of next day before 12.00, Heliguy refunded my postage and apologized.
