Carried out my GVC and A2 CofC training with Heliguy at Shrigley Hall, the course was difficult and quite possibly the hardest course I have ever undertaken. There were many times where I thought I wouldnt be successful, however, the course instructors were great, Brandon and Lois delivered some great content and albeit slightly death by power point they still managed to make the sessions engaging, really good job. Jack was my flight instructor and he was class, after the first day I was ready to hang up my wings but Jack managed to reassure me throughout, his teaching methods were brilliant. Overall, great experience and would recommend Heliguy to anyone wanting to do this course.
Had a days introduction to drone flying. Hats off to Jack & Tom for making it such an informative and enjoyable day. Looking forward to getting more flight time in before completing the online course. Cheers Guys
Completed my GVC with Heliguy and the training was fantastic. From having never flown before to completed practical in three days. I cannot fault the team. Jack, Odysseus & Tom were all extremely personable and knowledgeable in everything you need to know when it comes to UAS. Thanks again to the team!
Heliguy took all the worry and fear away from learning to fly a drone properly and made it easy and fun! Easy to follow instructions and guidelines and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Having completed the course and passed the exam, I'd say go for it!
I Recently Completed my GVC/A2 combined course with Heli Guy, The first 2 days are quite intensive learning all the theory and legal aspects for drone usage, but the trainers Tom, Chris and Brandon where brilliant and very knowledgeable. they made the course flow smoothly.
I have Just completed my A2/GVC course with Heliguy and have to say i can’t recommend the course enough. Extremely well put together with a very professional delivery of the course throughout the week. It’s an intense course with great facilities online to access the material beforehand along with Mock exams that should be looked at and tried prior to attending. All in all a fantastic week of learning and flying, big thanks to Brandon, Chris & Jack, Credit to the company and extremely helpful and professional throughout, thanks Guys.
I can't recommend Heliguy enough. I recently completed my A2 COC with them and the course was well put together, clear and highly professional. The mock exam questions really prepare you for the final test and the 1:1 exam was very well handled. An excellent experience all round.
