It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone if you need corrections made to your prescription. Despite calling over 100 times and sending numerous emails, they never respond. Now, I’m stuck with a prescription I can’t pick up and no way to get it corrected, leaving me out the money I paid.Be cautious if you choose to work with this company—make sure they’re your absolute last resort. The amount of stress caused by this situation has been more overwhelming than my medical condition itself. It’s simply not worth the headache.
