Helix VM is a scam! I wasn't feeling good and was unable to get local medical care due to the large amount of patients. I tried Helix VM Telehealth without doing any research because I needed some help quickly because I was sick. I was given a brief chat with an AI bot, no diagnosis, no treatment or any conversation or interaction with a real doctor. Nothing was done. Helix VM not only billed my Medicaid insurance but billed me as well! This insurance has zero copays, I didn't even get to talk to a licensed medical professional or upload any photos or records. Now Helix VM keeps harassing me to pay a $78 bill! It was originally agreed upon to pay $2 fee to use Helix VM Telehealth service, and that my insurance would cover my virtual doctor's visit costs. This fraudulent company now keeps sending emails using legal jargon and fraudulent agreement forms to try to intimidate me into paying money for this faulty service! They keep trying to charge my card multiple times since! This company is a ripoff! This is the lowest of the low scammers who prey on the sick! I've reported them to the FTC and I encourage everyone else that's been conned by them to do the same immediately! Avoid this rotten, fraudulent company and its rotten people at all costs!
