There are numerous questionable 5-star reviews here now. The last time I shared my experience, all reviews were 1 star! I genuinely believe these 5-star reviews aren't authentic. Refer to my review from over a year ago. This is a deceitful company. They attempted to charge my insurance $5,000 for one 'asynchronous' service, meaning you just fill out a form online, and the doctor reviews it to send a prescription. There isn’t even a real consultation. When my insurance rightfully refused to cover that, they rejected all claims and labeled the company as a scam. Later, I was billed $500 with a claim of a cash discount—it's a joke! They are deceptive, so please avoid them.
