I made an order of a pair of shoes for a friend. Everything was perfect delivery quick item the right one and all. The problem started when unfortunately the size was too small for my friend and I ve already deleted the order email. As a result I am 2 days now emailing the company trying to find out my order number so I can register the shoes to the return portal. The company is getting back to me via automated bot emails not giving me the order number which without it I cannot register for a return or an exchange. I ve sent one last email now and waiting for their response once more in case this time I can actually find out what my order number was. I decided if I get again the same automated bot response I will finally dispute it with my bank as I am not willing to lose so much money for a pair of shoes that dont fit......... reply: its wasnt resolved the next day it was resolved after I disputed with the bank and also my bank couldnt find resolution for another 1,5 day..... Also I dont have account so couldnt find my order number anywhere... And it wasnt the multiple emails i sent because I was getting answers from you that werent helpful at all and then I was sending again.... Not good service at all for me.....
