I initially had some difficulty navigating the app and decided to uninstall and reinstall it to start fresh. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware that reinstalling Atlas would require me to purchase a new membership. Since I had only used the app for one day, this was quite disappointing.However, I contacted Shahadat from the helpdesk, and he handled the situation very professionally. He took great care of the issue and resolved it efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent customer support.
