We visited Aushwitz today 18 feb and had changed the original booking with another company due to terrible reviews and wow !! wish we had had this company as our first choice!! From the start of our booking we were kept informed all the way and no question asked was any trouble . Hubert was our lead today and he was outstanding with his knowledge and spoke English very well .We were told all the time what was happening regarding entry etc Pick up was spot on and very punctual . Coach driver was also good 👍🏻 . Our guide at Aushwitz was excellent. Thankyou Hello Cracow for an amazing day . Thankyou also for the great communication throughout.
