Almost every single times there are ingredients missing, sometimes with a mail giving a coupon, often going unnoticed by Hello Fresh and no substitute given. Often herbs mixed together but in the recipe it says to prepare seperately? also if something is missing i want my money back, not a coupon for the next order. One time we just didnt receive a box and a WEEK later we recieved a mail as to why. Its impossible to contact anyone and client service is almost non existent. if everything arrives, then most recipes are very tasty!
