First order didnt arrive due to wrong address as the webpage kept correcting my address to a non existing number. After correcting the address on their webpage I got a confirmation mail that my address was changed but again with the same wrong address. That repeated itself twice until i gave up. I still havent managed to resolve the problem. I am trying to reach their customer service via email and phone-forget it, they dont have a well organized customer service on regional basis. The phone lines are so full you dont manage to reach them even staying on line for 15 min like i did. When mistakes happen it is crucial to give your customers opportunity to contact you and exchange and not leave it to an automated system especially when it comes to products with an expiration date leaving the products wasted which doesnt match the preached brands philosophy. After countless emails, i keep getting automated emails. The bot is useless in my problem, and i cant reach the by phone. 70 Euros worth nutrition wasted and a not cared for customer.
