Very poor communication from the team at Hello Gov. Every step of the way was met with delays and little initiative from them to move things forward. Hello Gov hinder the process more than they helped. My passport application sat with them for nearly 2 weeks before being forwarded to the state department. Also, it is not clearly advertised that the time frames they provide are from when the passport arrives at the state department, not from the time it is sent to Hello Gov. I was assured that I would have my passport well in advance of my travel and here I am 4 days away from my trip and still do not have my passport.
