Bought a $130 ring from helloice. It didn’t end up fitting and I asked for return shipping so I could send it back. They said it would cost more than what I paid for the whole purchase because it is shipping back to China. It took a lot of back and forth from customer service to even get a return address. I don’t get why they have a 30 day return policy if they are going to tell you not to return it. Got offered $20 to keep the ring. I would give zero stars if I could. I work in customer service and they should state clearly it is coming from China and it will be a hassle to return.
