Made a purchase and the website captured an old address. I IMMEDIATELY updated my address while the order was still processing. I also submitted multiple tickets through their website to update the shipping and updated my shipping in the account. Two days later I see that the order was shipped to the old address. No reply to my request, no way to contact them. No recourse at all whatsoever.
