I ordered a fleece of them and throughout it I never received the email saying it was getting shipped. I kept emailing in checking up on it, and they said it's being made. A month has passed and I'm asking for a refund as it still hasn't been sent, I've now been told that my item is out of stock and they are avoiding my attempts to get a refund by keep mentioning that it's out of stock and I can exchange it for something else, not giving me the refund.
