I don't even know where to begin when recommending Hello Island to anyone looking to book a holiday in Thailand.My wife and I went on a 10 day Island hopping adventure, and before we even left, they showed that they are willing to go the extra mile for their clients.Due to construction taking place at the hotel originally offered on our package, they moved our booking to an upgraded hotel for free. They also upgraded our flights to Emirates, due to unavailability of flights on the initial airline on our expected date of departure. Their checklist of tips and rules to keep in mind is priceless. these include places to visit, places to eat, average prices you should expect to pay for meals and services (this prevents you from getting hustled).Every single aspect of our trip was so perfectly arranged that you would be forgiven for thinking we were regular travelers to Thailand. From transfers between hotels, shuttles, ferry rides, airport transfers, and even giving us advice on where to get the best meals and see the best sites on the different Islands we visited (Jungle Kitchen in Krabi is incredible!), everything was simply perfect.While in Thailand we had some trouble with our cards, since we had forgotten to notify our banks we were traveling abroad. All it took was one call, and they even helped us get that sorted out by sending us the right contact numbers.All of this came at about half the price that a similarly luxurious Cape Town Holiday would have cost us, due to their great prices, and the great exchange rate of the Thai Baht. All our hotels offered amazing ocean views, and excellent service.I could go on for hours about how incredible everything was, so I'll stop right here and simply say: GO FOR IT! You will have the best holiday ever!We're definitely doing it again soon.
