Don't bother ordering from them, you're unlikely to receive your order, you're going to be ignored by customer service. In this review I highlight the issues I’ve experienced with with Hello Klean (the company with never ending logistical issues):
1. My scheduled shower head filter was delayed although they were very prompt to take my money from my account. I then had to email regarding the whereabouts of my order. I was initially ignored in the first number of emails I sent , before I eventually got a reply stating that due to logistical issues there has been a delay in shipping out my order.
2. A replacement for a defective item (chrome shower head ) was due over a month ago, my order was then confirmed . However after a number of days with no updates I decided to email , to which I was ignored . Insert more emails , direct messages , messaging forms , before I started commenting underneath their comment section bringing light to my ordeal finally resulting in a reply. After some correspondence showcasing
the shambolic and inefficiency of their team I was told that my previously confirmed order was now a pre-order due to logistical issues and I’ll have to wait over a month for my order. Fast forward to almost a month later I still have not received an order update via email , my direct messages are being ignored and as you can guess I still have not received my order.
If you do call them out in the comment section they will simply delete your comments. There have been a series of customer complaints over the weeks however most have either been restricted or deleted as showcased by their limited number of comments (on their Instagram ), with majority being influencers singing praises and not actual consumers such us myself. Which goes to showcase their priorities. For those who unfortunately have placed an order you are better off contacting your bank and dealing with your issue with them.
