My recent review for Hello Millions somehow is not showing up in my Trustpilot reviews, so I am once again reviewing them. Back on July 19th, 2025 I requested two separate redemptions of $100 each. Only one redemption came through to my bank, and the other one said processed but NEVER reached my bank. I called my bank and they say they NEVER received a 2nd payment, SO I can only assume that Hello Millions NEVER sent it, even though their system said they did. I have the proof with my bank statements, BUT they are not accepting them because I cannot get them in PDF format. However, my bank statements have been sent to them in the webpage format that my bank allowed.My suggestion: STAY CLEAR of this casino. They have awesome games but so do all other social casinos. Besides that, they only pay into a bank account and it takes days to get paid. There are many other social casinos that pay onto a debit card within seconds. HEED MY ADVICE, or you could be the next one not getting paid your redemption. The only blessing here is, Thank God it was only $100 and not $1000 missing! Good Luck!
