Won some money and submitted my ID to verify. Upon doing this i was instantly banned for being "underage" (i am 21+). Support was helpful at first trying to solve the problem but have since stopped replying even after creating a new support ticket.Edit/Update: Support told me to create a new account so i did and then stopped responding again. Upon getting back in touch with support i was told i violated the terms by having multiple accounts despite being told to do so by support and my account would be closed and coins forfeit. Dont waste your time in the off chance you have an issue with the site as it will never get resolve
