Customer service is horrible. It took me a week to get them to understand I verify a card I haven’t used with them for months but it was lost. My winnings was over 2500.00 so I was emailed to cancel my redemption and that issue was resolved and to request a new redemption. So I followed instructions and requested a smaller amount so I can receive my funds within the normal timeframe I had before. Still no email that funds was sent I’m so done with hello millions I have lost too much hard earned money only to finally win big and not be paid. And pay attention to the only good reviews are verified so don’t believe them
