Update #3 still no response at all. Now they have also changed my daily log in bonus to max 0.20sc and it was up to 5.00sc. I currently have over 11sc available but still can not play my SC only gold coins. Keep getting pop ups to buy SC🤣Huh? That's your response? You asked me for ID and I gave it to you. How can I share or do anything with support as they never reached out besides email days ago that said do not respond or you will get bumped to the bottom of inquires. You have my number so fix it and compensate at this point for this extremely long wait. I have shared all info with two support agents that kerp telling me to wait it's at escalated team.. You keep asking me to buy SC with pop-up add everytime but can't even play SC...Account ID 1230995590 Ffinally got an email saying sorry its taking so long but if i reply it can bumb me down in order of request....When trying to play my SC almost 10sc in account it will not allow me to. It keeps saying restricted. I've contacted support twice going through the steps so they can see no request for verification etc. I keep getting told escalated to higher level yet no email nothing still not fixed.
