UPDATE: Hello Millions did contact me thru email on this review, but sent me their transaction ID number, rather than the 15 Digit TRACE number (all numbers, no letters) my bank and I have requested in order to trace the payment transaction. Therefore, I rated them with 1 star rather than the original 3 stars. I have waited quite long enough for a $100 payment from them! It has been 14 days since requesting the payment.I have had issues getting my redemption for $100. I requested 2 redemptions for $100 on July 19th, but only received one. They are now requesting a bank statement from me to prove I didn't receive the payment, however I cannot get that bank statement until Aug. 20th, because my bank goes from the 20th to the 20th each month. SO, I am now requesting from them the 2 trace numbers for each payment they made on that day or thereafter, so my bank can try to trace the payment down. Without both trace numbers, it's difficult to decipher which one I didn't receive. I contacted Hello Millions at least 4 times about this payment and each time they said it was processed, so PLEASE prove to me it was! Thanks!849381983
