I was playing coin lightning or coin fire or something and got up to $400 in the bonus play and as usual the app glitched on me kicked me out of the game and I had to reset the app and this time my balance was $400 less instead of being right, where it was should be. While talking to customer service they told me I was a liar and I was basically burnt customer service was extremely rude and it took them 20 minutes to respond to me to treat me like I’m an idiot and they were very pretentious. They didn’t help me at all nor care about my concerns or my money or the fact that I’ve spent a lot of money with them and their app just jacked me . Also, I noticed that they were stealing $.10 every spin from me. They claimed that I opted into something that I didn’t. They refuse to reimburse the $.10 a spin that they were stealing from me saying that I was opted in to some sweepstakes or something somebody who’s not Jaymee in the loyalty customer service should contact me and make things right with me because I’m pretty sure they’re probably doing this to a lot of people and they’re not even noticing it took me a while to notice the $.10 every time I spun which I can’t imagine how many spins I’ve been spinning and they just been jacking me for that money I can’t see any other recourse than to pay me back what they have stolen for me or change their name to goodbye millions.scam.
