I won 8k in Hello Millions

I won 8k on a dragon game in my recommendation by hello millions. I played thru another 585$ redeemed 410.0 to store cash cards 1 for 150$ to sketchers one for 100$ to uber cards and the balance to google playstore account and redeemed the 7k I had left to a direct deposit into my personal bank account at the first national I onal bank of texas. I went to try and get back into my account and all I had was a full screen blank grey screen and up in the left far corner was a small square with a frown face inside :( I wanted to check on the redemption process seeing the redemption was in process. Could not enter my account. 2 days later I get an email from them which states I was not approved for the stores cash cards purchases. Which what is that I sent money from my winnings as thats their process and I was rejected no reason given. And the account car wrote that money was returned to my account. This prompted me to retry entry into the game. This time I got into Hello Millions and guess what no money at all nothing back to my account. And no where can you see any redemption process anywhere in the casino screens on the websites. So I found the area to write to complain and question the services about the non redemption of the cards and the original redemption of the 7k sent to my bank. Since then I have written and complained several times and recieved som Bull Crap responses anything from that I have no redemption in process from a Denise and no redemption nor refunds were in existence on their sites as rhe most recent. I have screen shots of all the communication and the original winners redemption of 7k congratulating me as a top winner etc. The most recent occurrence is all of the emails to me he been recalled back to them leaving me one left to open which told me no records of any redemption or refunds were seen on my account. So that was from a tech support person. I di have a copy of the email stating I was rejected and my sakes were rejected of each individual store cash card I purchased with my winnings.I have left phone messages recently to speak on the phone with a human being. I have no clue what has happened with my records . The resolution of my complaint has been atrocious. All of the return mail from various workers has been very inconsistant co sideline there are several past emails listing every single transaction I have ever made on their game site.this last series sent nothing about the purchases I made online and nothing sent to my email about any redemption or refund. Which is not how they are set up... normally reciepts are sent to email immediately. One of the service agents actually said I was not accepted the transaction were rejected. Hey then where is every dime I put into those slot machines to win that jack pot at? I know it is illegal not to pay out winnings and why would I be rejected to purchase w my winnings the huge selection Hello Millions has to redeem in store credit cards? This makes no sense and is inconsistant with their rules listed on their main site that I agreed to. I want my winnings sent immediately to my bank account ach transaction.
