The worst platform I've ever used. They literally sounded like I had two accounts without my knowledge. One day, I logged in to play with someone else on this second account, which I didn't even know existed, because I'd never used it before. I deposited my first credits, spent them, lost them, and right at the end, after I won, I was in the process of redeeming my prize. They literally blocked my account and said I was acting against the rules because I was using a secondary account, which I had no idea was possible. Before using this casino platform, I saw that it wasn't possible to have more than one account, so how could I be using a secondary account? And why didn't they block me as soon as I logged in? Why didn't they stop me before I used my money? Why did they only block my account after I had already spent a lot, literally after I won? Now they don't want to give me my prize, much less refund my money. And all the attendants treated me super badly even though I made it clear that I had no knowledge of this second account, but the question they can't answer is why they didn't stop me before I spent my money? And they only blocked me after I won a prize. I'm literally blocked in every way where I can't have any more contact with the hellomillions casino platform... They simply took my money and blocked me from all platforms leaving me with no option to contest.They asked for my contact details and so far no one has sent me or given me any information. I'm kind of sending emails and no one has responded. I don't understand why they asked for my contact details if they're not going to contact me? September 25/2025 and nobody contacted me yet…October /01/ 2025 I still haven't received any response... the requests I sent to the attendants were all marked as resolved but no one wants to tell me anything... really when you said (We want to ensure your concerns are addressed properly) I don't see this happening, at least if you're not going to resolve it, tell me here and I won't create expectations based on your company's word.Today, October 9th, and still no one has given me a solution or at least helped me. I warn everyone who is thinking of putting their money or trust in this site not to do it. Don't risk it. Because the rules only apply when they are in their favor.
