UPDATED: my issue was promptly resolved. Thank you HM. I must not have noticed the approval status because redemption has already arrived. So I stand my prior opinions and high recommendation for this site. Sorry I was premature in my initial review.Extremely slow redemption process. Been playing here since the beginning. I also play across all B2 sites. They appear to have gone downhill as they are delaying redemption approvals. Completely unacceptable, especially for very loyal B2 customers. They are usually quick for your first couple prize redemptions then this happens. Every other site I play at ranges from instant to 24hr approvals, so HM taking more than 48hrs for a simple approval should be of a concern. I can no longer recommend HM at this time. Also when you have a bad experience at one B2 site, you should consider not playing across the entire portfolio, which includes their other brands (mcluck, playfame, SpinBlitz, etc).
