hello millions are thiefs beware beware

on 6/8/2025 i was playing a slot machine i won free spins and when it went to change to free spins a error came up it said to refresh my browser and relog in. i did as i was told but upon returning no free spins. i contact live chat explain the issue they tell me to go to game history and take a screenshot to show them. well they so smart the game i was playing the provider does not offer the player the chance to see game history. on 6/9/2025 i get email from support telling me to do the same thing live chat told me again the dumb ass people are not relating that that provider does not offer game history. so i tell them for a second time not possible and here we are today 6/16/2025 i have not heard back from support each day i talk to live chat they tell me lies that is it still being reviewed. now im might not be the smartest person but isnt casino software flawless no such things should be happening so they tell me the people are still reviewing it it is not like they have a pile of these things waiting to be looked at. now im talking about a measly 10 free spins at only .20 per spin a whooping 2 dollars and they are acting like it might break the casino 2 whole dollars. 8 days they have had now to review this which in anyone right mind is more then enough time to solve the issue. live chat continues to lie to me daily each day saying 24 more hours. are the customers just suppose to allow the casino to make its own laws and rules and they dont have to answer to any wrong doing. are we the people going to put up with this bullshit cause that is what it is bullshit. update 6/17/25Reply from Hellomillions4 hours agoHello Timothy,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your patience is appreciated, and we're here to make things right.today is day 9 and how can you honestly say the issue is not being ignored. i honestly feel like you can give a shit about your customers. i got 1 email from support asking for info that i cannot provide and if they would have looked at the issue they would have known or if they had a clue what the hell they are doing. some kind of message from support would have been reinsuring but no i just keep getting ignored. well my next stop is the gaming commision that your casino is registered in and filing a formal complaint. seriously 9 days and nothing has been done is the 2 dollars going to break the casino. did you ever think to offer something so the customer might feel at ease with the casino. if you cared about your customer doing anything besides ignoring me might go along ways. remember without customers you wouldnt be here. and you now have made it my mission in life to share this with as many people as i can. i just wonder complaining to my senator how you think your above the law might get you banned from the good ole USA
