The redemption process is ridiculous. I confirmed the first credit card and then got a new email to restart the clock. This time they want me to confirm an Apple Pay. Problem is I removed that card from Apple Pay and when I added it back it gave it a new virtual card number. These guys are terrible and will do anything to try and not pay you. Stay far far away!Update: sent the bank statement. Now itll take another 72 hours until they ask a question and start the clock again. No other site behaves this way. It appears that you take restricting redemptions seriously but have no problem accepting deposits. They could use two factor if they were worried about your account. Thieves. Update: they won’t verify me. The bank statment runs through the 5th but they are counting transactions until the 7th. Games. No other site behaves this way. Took tons of my money but won’t pay me. They did issue me a $500 withdrawal in the past with no issues. So beware, they like to draw you in so that you will spend a lot. This site is actually criminal. I have no idea how they have 4 stars other than bots.
