I have been playing on this site just for a little while. I recently had a message that my account was locked due to living in banned state. I did the ip thingy and sent a picture of my electric bill to verify that I was not in a banned state. Tomorrow will be day 4 that the issue has not been resolved. I also have $213.00 in my account waiting to be redeemed. I have that screen recorded. I have emailed them everyday and I would get that it is still be reviewed and that cs will let them know I am waiting. I dont know what else to do. I will update either way.
