I've been playing hellomillions.com for a couple of years now and for the most part I havent had any problems, until now. Two of of my bank cards I've used on my account had fraudulent activity on them and I reported it to my banks. About a week later my account with hellomillions is locked. Okay, I understand why. So I sent them an email explaining the situation. I've now received about a dozen messages from their support saying they are busy and will get to me when they can or saying they have escalated the matter to a team higher up. I've sent them more messages trying to get an update on the matter since it's been about a month now. I still haven't heard anything useful back and my account is still LOCKED. This WAS one of my favorite sites to play on. For obvious reasons it no longer is and I wouldn't recommend anyone to play here if this how they solve problems, by locking its customers out of their accounts and ignoring the problem.
