I was previously a customer of hello millions social online casino. At the time I was spending too much money so I requested that they close my account. Now that I have my finances in order I reached out to them and requested for my account to be reopened. It is now 7 plus days later and I finally have someone respond who is asking me for pictures of every card that I had used on that site. I explained to them that I only have one card now as I have my finances in better repair. The other cards have been destroyed and those accounts have been closed. They responded with they need proof. I would have to send my credit report to prove the number of cards I had listed with them at that time have been closed. I uploaded the one card that I kept as they requested. Obviously, they don't want my business. While I understand safety precautions of determining identity, what do they want with all of those closed cards?
