Just like another player said, I’ve redeemed my winning before. Now they just keep denying my redemptions. I’ve given them everything they asked for and then they asked me for something that isn’t possible. I wrote them that what they asked for is not what their example shows as Apple Cash does not show your name with the card number. The example they show doesn’t show a name either so now I feel they are scamming me. I’ve supplied so many photos and they eventually stopped answering me and are making me start the process over. I don’t get it!? I’m a verified user with a previous redemption. Why all of the sudden is this site scamming people? I’ve played way too much money to let this go. It literally kept me up all night because they email you at 3 am and if you don’t reply then it’s another 24 hr wait. I’m so mad! I really enjoyed this site and would’ve continued playing but I will stop and give all bad reviews if they don’t honor my redemption that I won fairly. I would not recommend playing on this site with real money. I will update if they pay me. We are in day 8 now and it’s the start of the weekend so it will be going on week 2. So aggravating !!
