Extremely disappointing support... I redeemed on January 15, and now they say I won't receive my cash until January 26... so much for the promised 3-5 days and the weekend unavailability. They accept payments every day, but I can't understand when or if I will get my redemption. I doubt I will return to this platform... if they handled it better, everything would be fine... not to mention that bank accounts are verified when creating the profile, making the whole process frustrating...
