am writing this to alert other players and the Trustpilot community about the deceptive practices at Hello Millions (B-Two Operations Ltd).

They currently have my redemption of SC 2,050.00 (Transaction ID: 5416559) in "Requested" status since March 3rd. I chose Skrill specifically because of their "Instant Payout" advertisements. I was then forced to make an additional purchase with Skrill to "verify" the account—a clear bait-and-switch induction to spend more money.

Now that I have paid them, they are refusing to process the withdrawal, and support agents (Jobert and Chester) are providing scripted delays. I have formally notified the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and the Texas Attorney General. Do not trust their "Instant" claims.

​Agent Admission: Your own agent, Randall, explicitly admitted in writing today that he lacked the ability to 'reapprove' my redemption. This proves the transaction is being manually stalled despite my account already being verified.
​Verification Proof: You have already successfully processed and sent three separate redemptions (IDs 5416781, 5416675, and 5416662) from this exact same winning balance. If my play was 'verified' for gift cards, there is no legitimate security reason to hold my Skrill payout.
​Deceptive Induction: I was forced to make a $5 Skrill deposit specifically to 'verify' the account for 'Instant' service. Taking a customer's money for an expedited service and then reverting to a 10-day wait is a 'Bait and Switch' deceptive trade practice.
​I have already filed formal 'Stage 2' complaints with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission and the Texas Attorney General. I will not be silenced by canned responses while you withhold SC 2,050.00 of verified winnings
