She answered all my questions, provided a really detailed guide book and then managed to get everything booked for us really quickly. Payed off in 3 installments and then continued great communication leading up to the time of going! Met at the office in Puerto Natales day before for briefing, all necessary details provided, lovely lunch for the next day then picked up and taken to the start.
