We chose Hello Renewables as they are based close to where we live. From the very start we found them to be knowledgeable and efficient. They were let down by Daikin who were unable to supply the equipment which extended the installation date. We decided to vacate the property for the duration of the work so Mike could just get on with the work without having to re-instate the house each day. We are still getting used to the new system and think it was the right decision not to stay with a gas boiler. There is plenty of hot water but personally we would like it slightly hotter for washing up. There are no issues with the temperature of the showers. It has taken two and a half months to get the gas meter removed by E-On and when they turned up today the worksheet said it was the electric meter to be removed!
