Mike replaced our existing, 15 year old and not very efficient heat pump with a new Daikin air source heat pump; sorted out some longstanding issues with our underfloor heating plumbing; and installed an air conditioning unit in our living room.The result has been much more comfortable house with electricity usage a staggering 55% less than prior to the install. The whole process - from beginning to end - was hard to fault. Clear, competitive quotes; great information and communication; the work started and finished on time; was clean and tidy. Whilst it's hard to say that replacing your heating is a "fantastic experience", this is as close as I can imagine it getting!
