Edit: Changed to 3 stars because their customer support was extremely helpful and I believe the issue is resolved. It's still only 3 stars because cancelation was extremely difficult, was unavailable from PC login and because the whole debacle was made even worse by the only available support being on mobile formats where even typic back and forth to resolve the issues was a pain.I don't know how much of the original issue was Apple's fault, but right now it does seem like these products are set up to be very difficult to unsubscribe from and customer service as inconvenient to access as possible, even if the actual teams are doing a great job helping.___ Original review:I loved learning with this product, but when I became unable to keep using it, there was no way for me to cancel. I tried again and again and kept getting billed and all refunds were refused, even as I kept trying to cancel again and asking for refunds, having not even used the app.
