I bought expensive tickets for David Byrne show in Milan on February 21st.I got the tickets via email indicating the show starts at 9pm . All communications with Hello Tickets thru the day prior to the show failed to mention that the show time was advanced to 8pm. So by the time we arrived - we already missed about half of the show!Hello Tickets, the tickets seller, refused to take responsibility for their lack of communication with mead a customer and even consider a compensation.Very disappointing .Miron (Ronnie)
