I bought two tickets for the OneRepublic concert in Bologna on October 10, 2025, through Hellotickets (August 18th, 2025 order #1573843). The official organizers and authorized sellers (Ticketmaster, TicketOne, Vivaticket) confirmed that this event is subject to the Italian Battelli law (Legge di Bilancio n. 145/2018), which requires that tickets must bear the attendee’s real names matching their ID.I have contacted Hellotickets many times (with multiple support requests, all marked “Solved”), but received no clear confirmation that the tickets will have my name (Semen Boberov) and my mother’s name (Olena Boberova). I also have no information on how we can enter the concert if the tickets show different names, which would make them invalid under the law.This situation is very stressful and disappointing. I am traveling all the way from Canada to attend this special event with my mother, yet I have no guarantee that we will be allowed in. I cannot get a refund because of Hellotickets’ policy, nor can I sell these tickets, since the name on the ticket must match the buyer and the attendee according to the law.I sincerely hope Hellotickets understands the importance of this and will provide a clear and reassuring response. I want to attend the concert and enjoy this experience without this uncertainty hanging over me. I will be closely monitoring this situation and updating my review here accordingly.Please note, this is my preliminary review and may be updated based on how Hellotickets resolves the issue.Update: I received both tickets in my email. Initially, both tickets were issued in my name, but after contacting customer service through WhatsApp, the issue was quickly resolved. I am now waiting for the event day and will provide an update on how it goes.
