Refund there not exist at all. You cant refund any tickets which was bought over there. Their process fee are 50 euro per EACH(!!!) ticket. And you will not see them till your bank will charged your card. This is the worst experience to buy tickets in my life. BE CAREFULL! AVOID THIS SITE AND SERVICE AT ANY COST!!!Updt: So if you want to get your fee for all your efforts I am not against it. I just want to know what are yours fees BEFORE I will buy your ticket with your fees (like every respectable to the customer business does: from airlines to amazon). As well as information about your special conditions for refund, which is possible ONLY if event was canceled.
