I booked a day trip to Tívoli. The metro to arrive to the meeting point was delayed. They called me and I imformed about this. I arrived ten minutes later and the bus was left. I called them and they didn't give a solution neither return me the money. So, I DON'T RECOMMEND to make any excursion with this company.
