Hellotickets sold tickets for what seemed to be a Bruno Mars concert, but it was actually a tribute band. This was only made clear after buying the tickets.They first refused to cancel and still sent the tickets via the official ticket seller. I refused them. Only after the event and a lot of frustrating communication did I get a refund.Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. My advice is to first look on the website of the official ticket seller of the event.
