If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their services and tickets are misleading and customer service is none existent since they never respond. My mother bought tickets for an upcoming Los Angeles Lakers vs. Sacramento Kings game. She purchased what she believed were seats inside the arena to watch the game.However, after completing the purchase, we received an email stating that these tickets are for the Lexus Club only and do not include access to the actual game arena. Nowhere during the purchase process was it mentioned or disclosed that these tickets did not include entry to the game itself. The listing was misleading — once you select the tickets, you are immediately directed to the payment page, with no clear indication of the true seating details or access restrictions.This lack of transparency is deceptive and feels like a scam. We have tried to reach out to their customer service multiple times, but have not received a response yet. + we have yet to receive the tickets, so are they even real?! Therefore, I’m ranking this company for what it is, a scam.
