And even when he was "on vacation" he would sometimes return my call or email. But even when he couldn't, his team members were more than happy to cover. When we finally had an offer accepted, it was very challenging obtaining forms by the HOA and we didn't get to closing. But Nico "pulled a Hail Mary" and we finally have a home for my daughter.
