Communication was poor. I was told that Tomo was a real mortgage company that would service my loan, but they ended up selling it. The loan officer didn’t appreciate that I was comparing offers from different lenders to get the best deal, he even mentioned that he answered my calls on weekends and late evenings, but other lenders did the same and were always patient.The worst part is that although I locked my rate, they charged me more in points just a day before closing, with no communication or explanation. I decided to pay the extra cost to close on time, assuming it was an error that would be corrected later—but nothing was fixed.I do not recommend this company
